Lav Chaturvedi has been awarded India’s Most Inspirational Leader for leading the broking and distribution business for Reliance Securities for over a decade at the Asian Brand and Leadership Conclave 2023 organized by The Brand Story.

Lav Chaturvedi was awarded India’s Most Inspirational Leader at the Asian Band and Leadership Conclave 2023. Lav Chaturvedi is the Executive Director and CEO of Reliance Securities. He completed his MBA from Syracuse University, New York, and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, USA. He leads the broking and distribution business for Reliance Capital (Reliance Securities Group) and has also been with the Group for over a decade now while making many contributions to the franchise including obtaining the CIC approvals for Reliance Capital, staking the sale in the present business including Asset Management, incubating and monitoring new initiatives of the Reliance Capital Group including onshore and offshore.

Lav Chaturvedi has also been responsible for strategic mandates for acquisitions, working closely with regulators and Board members for robust policy, risk management framework, and governance processes across businesses. He plays a key role in guiding the commodities exchange business, ICEX which is focused on converting to a universal exchange. Much before joining the Reliance Group, Lav worked overseas for more than a decade managing customers, building relationships, and implementing new technology and financial solutions to allow business growth. He also worked with IPS Sendero which is a subsidiary of Fiserv – a Fortune 500 Company in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA at the senior management level. Lav has been providing strategic and tactical consulting services on balance sheet management to customers and assisting in the resolution of advanced analytical and policy issues.
